Hallcrest and Two Rivers Home Designs Win Coveted Honors

Comstock Homes of Washington, LC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Comstock
Holding Companies, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHCI), is happy to announce having won
five Great American Living Awards (known in the industry as GALA).
Comstock submitted five entries and won top honors in four and second in
the fifth.
The awards were presented at a gala event earlier in October that was
sponsored by the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association
(MNCBIA) and Washington Metropolitan Sales and Marketing Council (WMSMC)
along with the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA).
The annual event honors best in class in innovative home design and is
juried by a panel of industry experts from the mid-Atlantic region.
Two of Comstock's developments received both Best Design and
Architecture and Best Interior Merchandising honors, each in a different
price category. Hallcrest, a luxury townhome community in the Dulles
region of Northern Virginia, features 42 homes starting at $429,900.
Comstock's new active adult community near Annapolis, Villas at Two
Rivers offers 120 homes with versatile floor plans and a broad range of
sizes. The Brisbane model, a brand new design by Comstock, won its
categories in the $500,000 - $600,000 range.
Maxwell Square, a townhome community in historic downtown Frederick,
Maryland, was also recognized with an Award of Merit for Interior
Marketing in Attached Home - $350,000 - $400,000.
