Dylan Clemente joined the Comstock organization in 2015. Since joining the company, Mr. Clemente has worked in residential home building, residential property management, commercial property management and corporate operations. Currently, Mr. Clemente leads Comstock’s Parking and Security Operations—a division overseeing over 30 locations. Comstock’s parking division has experienced exponential growth under his leadership by adding a substantial number of third party contracts in addition to Comstock’s existing portfolio. Additionally, he oversees budget preparation, day-to-day operations of garages, residential and commercial tenant parking needs, maximizing parking revenue, business development, and managing on-site parking and security management teams.
Mr. Clemente was honored by the National Parking Association as a member of the 2022 class of the 40 Under 40, which recognizes the positive impact of the parking industry’s best and brightest young professionals. Mr. Clemente holds a Bachelors of Science from George Mason University in Sport Management, and has his Masters of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.
